Whether you're just starting out or have been a therapist for some time supervision is there to help you better support your clients.

How does it work


Supervision encourages you to reflect on your practice so that you can continue to learn and improve the service you offer your clients.


The main aim of supervision is to protect both you and your cient. A safe space to review your practice and work together to actively support you in developing and improving your service.


Supervision provides you with the opportunity to identify your own strengths and potential weaknessess to ensure your continuing growth and success.

Sessions are flexible and  can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, bi-monthly, or even quarterly, depending on your experience  and the numbers of clients you are seeing.

For supervision sessions to be meaningful, it is considered that a minimum duration of 30 minutes per session is required, although some supervisees benefit from having longer sessions.

For most newly qualified therapists, a session once a month will be required.
