As we start a new calendar year and wonder about all the ‘if only’ opportunities we have missed last year. The thought of change typically emerges in our minds. Although it is easy to talk about a desire to change it is much harder to create and maintain that change.
Thinking that the new year will bring a new you without the associated commitment and determination will only provide another ‘if only’ moment in 2011. So when you decide on a New Year resolution make it a good one that you can commit to and focus on.
