Habits are routines of behaviour that are repeated on a regular basis and tend to be controlled by our unconscious mind which is why they can seem so difficult to break.

We all have habits; good, bad or just annoying. The effect they have on our day to day life varies with habits such as smoking and over eating having a huge negative effect.
